You’ll start the night off at Seville’s oldest tapas bar, where you’ll enjoy the city’s classic aperitif—a glass of vermouth—paired with acorn-fed Iberian ham!

Afterwards, your expert guide will lead the way to a few interesting pockets in the city, and you’ll begin to see Moorish influence left and right. You’ll also come face-to-face with the remains of a Roman temple!

Next up, you’ll visit a tiny tapas bar you might miss if you’re not looking for it! This family-run stop serves fantastic orange wine, and you’ll also try cured Manchego cheese and slow-roasted pork belly drizzled with Spanish olive oil.

A historical walk through Seville wouldn’t be complete without seeing the city’s stunning cathedral. Start your morning off at one of Seville’s most popular local markets, where you’ll learn just how important they are to Spanish daily life. You’ll stop at one of the most important stands in the market—the ham stand!—where you’ll try the very best of the best cured Spanish ham.

On the way to your next stop, you’ll learn where people have been shopping since Roman times! The main street in this area also happens to house the next stop—one of the city’s oldest bars, where you’ll try freshly fried churros with piping hot coffee.

After that delicious snack, your expert guide will lead you to a few more of Seville’s hidden treasures as they walk you through some of its more unique cultural traditions.

Then it’s onto the next tasting stop! You’ll visit a bar you might miss if you weren’t looking for it! Opened in 1904 as a wine shop, it’s now one of the city’s best bars for traditional tapas. You’ll taste a unique orange wine paired with cured Manchego cheese and a tapa of slow-roasted pork belly.
