What to Expect on Your Tour
Bursting with color, passion and sunshine, it’s hard not to fall head over heels for beautiful Seville! This 2.5-hour walking food tour will help you dive deep into Seville’s culinary traditions as you visit family-run establishments and taste delicious local tapas and food. And because Seville is known to heat up in summer, you’ll finish just before the temperatures really start to rise, and conveniently, just in time for a siesta!
Start your morning off at one of Seville’s most popular local markets, where you’ll learn just how important they are to Spanish daily life. You’ll stop at one of the most important stands in the market—the ham stand!—where you’ll try the very best of the best cured Spanish ham.
On the way to your next stop, you’ll learn where people have been shopping since Roman times! The main street in this area also happens to house the next stop—one of the city’s oldest bars, where you’ll try freshly fried churros with piping hot coffee.
After that delicious snack, your expert guide will lead you to a few more of Seville’s hidden treasures as they walk you through some of its more unique cultural traditions.
Then it’s onto the next tasting stop! You’ll visit a bar you might miss if you weren’t looking for it! Opened in 1904 as a wine shop, it’s now one of the city’s best bars for traditional tapas. You’ll taste a unique orange wine paired with cured Manchego cheese and a tapa of slow-roasted pork belly.
Next, you’ll head to a family-run tapas bar locals adore and that has been in the same family for the past 30 years. Have a look at their list of delicious homemade tapas before ordering yours!
Finally, it’s time to end on something sweet! You’ll visit one of the world’s most famous (but still family-run!) ice cream shops. The only tough part here is choosing which flavor to order!

Rave Reviews for This Tour
We went to so many hole in the wall establishments that felt local and I got to see much more than I bargained for. I was a little worried about doing the the tour as a vegetarian, but there were options for me at every stop and I walked away full, happy and in the best position to see more of Seville in the following days. This was a highlight of my Spain trip for sure.
We did the tapas tour as a family....The guide Jamie was amazing.... Jamie has a passion for Seville and it shines through in his love for all things Seville. The kids enjoyed their time on the tour and were kept interested by Jamie. Highly recommend Devour Seville for singles, couples and families looking to experience a great tour in Seville.
Let me start by saying we rarely do tours. Too many people and much too much recitation of "facts". This tour is completely different. ..where one gets a real sense of the people and culture through visiting markets and tapas bars, tasting food and drink along the way.
