Pablo spent two years in Virginia teaching Spanish language and culture before returning to Spain, where he continues to share his passion for Spanish gastronomy with his guests.

- Spain feat: Has survived the record-breaking hot summers in his nearby hometown of Écija, which is so hot it's called "the frying pan of Andalusia"!

This sevillano is an enthusiastic art history and flamenco professor who has dedicated more than ten years to making visitors feel at home in his city.

- Spain feat: Can devour a full plate of olives in under a minute
- Spain survival tip: The best Spanish bars are packed with older locals and can be a little bit dusty, but don't let that scare you away!

A Trianero-Gaditano who loves playing music around the world. After spending 5 years in Norway, Fran’s hungry to share the tapas of his hometown.
- Claim to fame: Has performed in over 15 countries, including a show with David Bisbal, and has also worked as a microphone technician for both the president of Spain and… Barak Obama!
- Spain feat: Has tried every single tapa on the menu in several bars.
- Spain survival tip: Sevilla is full of lesser-known stories and historical spots. Tourist information offices are fine if you want to visit the main monuments; but if you wish to discover the real magic of Sevilla, go ask a local!

Mario was born in Córdoba, studied in Granada and then moved to Seville over 15 years ago. By now, there are few secrets left in Andalusia for him!
