Originally from the south of England, Jo´s passion for food and wine led her to set up home in Chicago, Colorado, Hawaii and Hong Kong, before she arrived in Seville for a 6-month adventure…11 years ago! As well as cooking and scouting out new restaurants, she also makes a mean cocktail.
